How does your service work?
You can think of us like your personal content assistant, creating and editing your content to ensure your brand drives engagement and provides value to your audience. The process begins when you purchase a content package and provide brief information about your brand. Afterward, you can communicate the details for the pieces of content you want via Trello, an interactive project management platform. I then get to work on your project, and you can track progress. Depending on your package, you can expect to receive content between 3 to 10 days. The services we offer include writing, video editing, and post curation for social media.
Do i need to have content ready before purchasing a package?
It is advisable to have your content ready in advance, as we primarily work with the content you provide, particularly in video editing. If you don’t have your own content, we can use stock content available online or wait until you have content ready. Our packages include a pause service, allowing you to engage with us only when necessary. This service remains valid for a month after activation.
How quickly can i receive my content?
Depending on your chosen package, you can receive content anywhere from 3 days to 10 days. Our unlimited content package offers the fastest delivery (3 days on average per content request).
Who creates the content?
You might be surprised to learn that this is a one-person agency, meaning you’ll be working directly with me, Ogen. However, certain requests may involve collaboration with partner content creators from my talent pool.
What if i don’t like the content?
No worries! We provide 3 free revisions per content to ensure that you’re 100% satisfied with the result.
Are there any refunds if i don’t like the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued. However, rest assured that our goal is to address any concerns and work towards a resolution, minimizing the need for a refund.
How do i request content when choosing the unlimited pack?
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.
Do you create other types of content aside from what you offer?
We do not offer other types of content at the moment. Although, feel free to let us know what you’d like available and we’ll be happy to work towards it!
Can i replace a service included in the entry package with another?
Unfortunately, this isn’t optional at the moment 🙁
How is this better than hiring an agency?
Good question! For starters, the annual cost of hiring a content creation agency can be as high as $100,000 (and that’s excluding tax). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for time you aren’t able to utilize.
With the content packages, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your content partner when you have work available for them. Plus, you get to collaborate with someone who genuinely cares about their clients’ needs 🙂
